One of the Middle East’s favourite culinary destinations is heading to the UK.
Good news Londoners. The city’s food scene is about to be amped up with a fantastic new addition. Get ready to give a round of applause to CLAP, which is opening this November in the prestigious Knightsbridge neighbourhood. A superstar in the culinary world that’s loved and praised by big shots like the Michelin Guide and The World’s 50 Best MENA, this eatery already has flagship restaurants wowing gourmands in Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh,
CLAP in London is setting up shop in a seriously cool spot, inside a revamped tube station. And it’s not just one floor but three levels of pure foodie heaven – each with its own unique vibe.
The ground floor is about that cafe life, perfect for a quick, laid-back meal. On the second floor, things get fancy with a restaurant lounge that offers an elegant and immersive dining experience. The cherry on top is the third floor, where you can soak up the stunning views of London from the rooftop bar. You can sip your drink and take in the jaw-dropping panoramic sights with both indoor and terrace seating.
To stay true to authentic CLAP style, the London spot is handpicking a crew of super-talented chefs and experts from the GCC region and London, itself. It’s like a culinary Avengers assembling. These folks will embody the true spirit of CLAP while bringing their own unique skills and magic to the kitchen. They’ll be mixing the traditional flavours of Japan with the innovation of the GCC and adding a sprinkle of finesse from the UK.
CLAP has been shaking things up and blowing minds since opening in Beirut. And Londoners are in for a real treat as CLAP spreads its wings outside of the MENA region for the first time.
