The upcoming property will occupy the spot currently held by The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah.

The UAE just keeps getting bigger and better when it comes to luxury stays. With names like Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai, and Mondrian Abu Dhabi making headlines, there’s always something new in hospitality to look forward to. And now, Ajman is joining the action with its very own Four Seasons Resort.

For the first time, the world-renowned Four Seasons brand will be opening a property in Ajman. Set to open in 2026, the Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will occupy the current site of The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah. Following a comprehensive refurbishment and the incorporation of the brand’s signature touches, the resort offers an elegant escape where contemporary design meets natural beauty.

Guests can look forward to 23 villas and 74 rooms and suites, all of which feature private terraces and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf. Dining will be a key highlight, with an all-day restaurant overlooking the water, an open-air beach bar and grill, and an Italian concept among the culinary options in the pipeline.

Wellness and leisure are also firmly on the agenda. Expect a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a spa, a private beach, an adults-only pool with sea views, a kids’ pool, and an 85-metre infinity pool that’s set to steal the show. Private cabanas, diving excursions, guided mangrove tours, and access to the 18-hole Al Zorah Golf Club complete the experience.

This marks Four Seasons’ first foray into Ajman, but not its first footprint in the UAE, with properties already established in Dubai’s DIFC and Jumeirah Beach, as well as on Abu Dhabi’s Al Maryah Island. Meanwhile, Ras Al Khaimah will soon welcome its own Four Seasons Resort and Residences at Mina Al Arab.
