Besar

The new Spanish fusion restaurant is open at Bluewaters Dubai, combining centuries-old flavours with modern creativity. Inspired by the history of Moorish Spain, the menu pays homage to the rich lands of Andalusia and the spice-laden winds of the Sahar. Highlight dishes include Garlic Mushrooms, Smoky saffron-infused Lamb Shoulder and Tuna Tartar. Complementing the menu is a selection of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.

Dubai Marina has welcomed the new dining destination, District 8, where culinary artistry, vibrant nightlife, and immersive experiences come together. Housing three exceptional venues under one roof—Blume, Rodina, and Luxuria—District 8 brings a touch of Russian opulence to the city. Frou Frou

A touch of Paris has come to Dubai with the arrival of Frou Frou at The Lana Promenade. The fancy French restaurant’s menu offers a vanguardist take on French classics and features Escargots de Bourgogne, Langoustines Grillées, Salade Niçoise and Tartare de Veau. Desserts bring the meal to a sweet close with French classics such as Crème Brûlée à la Passion and Soufflé à la Banane. Fuoco is ready to light up Dubai’s dining scene, combining fire with a curated wine and cocktail list in Dubai Creek Harbour. The dishes span meat, raw fish, and vegetables. They include Beef Short Ribs with Sunchokes Puree, ribeye with Asparagus, Salmon with Avocado, Robata Grilled Steak, and Tuna Carpaccio. Manaret Beirut
