If you love Italian food, then we have some exciting news. Italian Street Kitchen is making its UAE debut, and bringing authentic Roman flavours to Dubai. The new restaurant will be located in The Hills, but the opening date has not yet been confirmed.
Italian Street Kitchen Isabella's is named after the founder, Isabella Benedetti. She hails from Rome, Italy, and was surrounded by her family cooking food. She explains: "We've always been in the restaurant business, and I grew up sitting in the dining room while mamma and papa made the food. Almost as far back as I can remember, I was waiting tables and chatting to our guests."
When Isabella turned 30 years old, she decided to open her own restaurant. Italian Street Kitchen can be found across Australia in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney. Now, she is coming to Dubai and bringing her brand to a new market.
Italian Street Kitchen Isabella's prides itself on using traditional Italian flavours with modern cooking techniques. The recipes have been passed down from generations, and cover classic as well as modern dishes. We're talking fresh pastas and pizzas, which have been inspired by her travels across Italy.
So far, we know that the venue is being designed by the Australian architectural firm, Design Partnership. The company are behind the brand's previous restaurants, and are turning the new restaurant into a sophisticated spot. The venue includes plush terracotta sofas, navy chairs, floral carpets and colourful cushions.
