This new hotspot offers a fusion of Levantine and Middle Eastern cuisine in a stylish setting.

New dining spots in Riyadh are popping up left, right, and centre and one of the latest additions to the capital’s culinary scene is Pairidaeza. Located within Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh on Al Ihsaa Street, Pairidaeza offers a memorable meal rooted in the rich history of Levantine and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Upon stepping into Pairidaeza, you’ll be greeted with an ambience that blends boho chic with modernity. Wood panels or rattan-weaved light fixtures dangle from the ceiling, casting a glow over the minimalist marble tabletops and wooden chairs. The space boasts hues of browns and beige creating a stylish environment. The floor-to-ceiling windows let the sunlight in while an outdoor terrace offers a space with lush greenery.

Drawing inspiration from the Levantine culinary heritage, the menu features an array of dishes — but with an interesting twist. From falafel churros to lamb cigars, black chickpea hummus to zaatar burrata, each dish offers a taste of the Levant. The Grilled Octopus with Levantine chimichurri is a signature, showcasing freshness, colour, and the restaurant’s commitment to using locally sourced ingredients.
