Located in Business Gate, Fairmont Riyadh is home to exciting dining concepts. Now, it is opening the new concept House of Grill, which is all about meat, glorious meat. The team will showcase fresh meat and prime cuts, and a chef’s table experience. If you love to share your supper on social media, live cooking will be available – so, expect to see flames.
House of Grill looks set to be a sophisticated space. The décor boasts Art Deco touches that add old-school glamour. We spotted old gramophones and radios on the table, framed photos lining the pillars and scattered lamps to create the perfect lighting. Plus, the experience includes a selection of French handmade steak knives, which you can choose to cut your meat.
House of Grill in Riyadh’s menu has been created by Chef Nicolas Isnard. Hailing from the South of France, he was inspired by his Italian grandmother and made a name for himself with Mediterranean food. He previously worked at the MICHELIN-starred restaurants La Prieure and Le Vieux Logis. Plus, he worked at the two MICHELIN-starred restaurant, La Rotonde.
