A true taste of Italy is coming to Saudi Arabia. Fiamma has opened on the rooftop of Centria Mall in Riyadh and boasts Insta-worthy views of the capital. The new Italian restaurant prides itself on its homemade pastas and classic pizzas. So, if you’re after a slice or three, here’s what you need to know. 

In Italian, fiamma means little flame or fiery little one. Fiamma draws its inspiration from the Italian influences in New York, and aims to bring those vibes to the heart of the Saudi capital. The restaurant boasts a casual and contemporary atmosphere. Guests can take their pick from the long blue banquettes, bright red seats, and indoor and outdoor tables. Plus, there is a terrace that overlooks the city.

Fiamma’s food menu is superb for sharing, and spans antipasti, pasta, pizzas and desserts. The menu brings together fresh ingredients and Italian-American classics. 

Antipasti includes Bresaola, Burrata and Fritto Mistro. Pizzas include a Calabrese, Calzone, Margarita. Pastas include Lasagna Classia, Spaghetti Al Pesto and Tagliolini Gratinati. The dessert offering showcases Crema Catalana with baked hazelnut custard, Gelati Misti with homemade Italian ice cream, and Pannacotta with vanilla and wild berries.
