Classes include stretching to sound healing.
It’s time to hit your wellness peak. PEAQ has opened in Dubai, UAE, and pitches itself as the first social wellness club in the Middle East. The concept in Al Quoz combines fitness and recovery and aims to create a community.
PEAQ was created by the UAE-born entrepreneur Ali Hassoun. At the heart of the venue is the philosophy that wellness is a shared journey. The venue hopes to offer a refuge for people to reset and reconnect. Founder Ali Hassoun explained: “The world can wait. PEAQ is where you reconnect with yourself and others in a space that feels far removed from the chaos of everyday life yet completely at home here in the UAE.”
“I have guided over 10,000 people through cold water therapy, and each session reminds me of the transformative power it holds – not just for physical recovery, but for mental and emotional resilience as well. It’s amazing to watch people unlock their strength and heal in ways they never thought possible.”
At Peaq there are three core pillars: Peaq Recovery, Peaq Social and Peaq Zen. Visitors can choose from a range of classes and treatments and classes available, which support physical as well as mental rejuvenation.
