Created by chef Viktor Beley, the menu reimagines Russian classics like Truffle Moscow Pelmeni and an elevated Olivier Salad with Oscietra caviar. The venue’s opulent interiors, inspired by Saint Basil’s Cathedral, blend timeless sophistication with culinary excellence, and dishes will be served on exclusive Christian Dior plates. Creative cocktails like the Nutcracker—a blend of rum, caramelized pecan, and banana foam—and the Dostoevsky, featuring porcini gin and Campari, add to the allure of this venue. Plus, the live entertainment includes DJ performances, Russian singers, karaoke and dancing.
