This development will house 59 luxury apartments.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah will offer fully furnished accommodations that align with the brand’s signature elegant elements. With layouts ranging from one to four bedrooms, each residence promises modern living with a mix of luxury.
Apart from accommodation, residents of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah will also have exclusive access to an array of top-tier amenities which they can enjoy at the adjoining The Ritz-Carlton, Diriyah Hotel. These include a state-of-the-art gym, a spa, fine-dining options and much more.

Details of when The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah will be ready for residents is still under wraps, but the opening of The Ritz-Carlton, Diriyah Hotel is expected in 2026.
