Saudi Arabia has been welcoming world-class hotels and residences. Now, the Kingdom is set to welcome Raffles Residences Diriyah, which marks the launch of the branded homes in the country. The opening date has not yet been confirmed, but here’s what we do know.
Diyah Company and Raffles Hotels & Resorts has signed a partnership to work on the new development. Raffles Residences Diriyah will be home to 90 apartments and townhouses, which span one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, and seven duplex accommodations.
The upmarket development will combine the elegance of Raffles with the heritage of Diriyah. Located in Diriyah South, the design will draw inspiration from traditional Najdi architecture, and Diriyah’s history as the birthplace of Saudi Arabia. The site will include a three-kilometre walk overlooking Wadi Hanifah. Plus, residents will have access to luxurious facilities and amenities.
