With Conrad, DoubleTree, and Hilton Garden Inn leading the charge, guests can anticipate a blend of luxury and history.
There is no doubt that Saudi Arabia’s hospitality landscape is witnessing a transformation. With new announcements every day, the Kingdom is pulling out all the stops to establish itself as the ultimate tourist destination. Now, Hilton has announced yet another expansion in the region, partnering with Rua Al Madinah.
Three Hilton properties — Conrad Rua Al Madinah, DoubleTree by Hilton Rua Al Madinah, and Hilton Garden Inn Rua Al Madinah — will open up in the megaproject, each promising to redefine the luxury hospitality landscape in the city. Located not too far from Masjid Al Nabawi, these hotels will blend contemporary urban design with the religious and cultural significance of Madinah. Extending beyond accommodation — with a total of 1,600 keys — these Hilton hotels will provide a truly interactive experience for those visiting.
The partnership between Rua Al Madinah and Hilton resonates with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. By providing hospitality services, the project will cater to the influx of visitors, accommodating up to 30 million of them. This project will also foster economic growth — creating over 1000 job opportunities in the region.
Madinah is just one of the cities in Hilton’s ambitious expansion across Saudi Arabia. Over 60 properties are in the pipeline, featuring exciting brands like LXR Hotels & Resorts and Canopy by Hilton.
The development will also welcome Four Seasons Hotel Madinah, eight Marriott hotels, and three Accor hotels, including Fairmont, JW Marriott, and The Ritz-Carlton.
