Located in Sindalah Island, this restaurant is guaranteed to delight diners.
Neom’s Sindalah Island has recently been making waves. Promising unparalleled luxury and unrivalled views of the Red Sea, it is quickly becoming a hospitality hotspot. And with plenty of dining destinations heading to this region, guests are in for an exceptional experience. One restaurant to explore at Sindalah Island is Mezamar.
Mezamar offers Arab Artisan cuisine and is sure to add more sparkle to the dining scene on Sindalah Island. Bringing traditional Turkish-Mediterranean dishes to Neom, this concept promises to delight even the most discerning of palates.
Blending rich flavours with modern techniques, Mezamar will showcase Mediterranean and Turkish flavours. Diners can choose to indulge in the Braised Lamb Shank, the Crustacean Salad or the Marinated Octopus, while those with a sweet tooth, can enhoy the Turkish Coffee Basque Cheesecake.
Behind the scenes, Mezamar is helmed by Chef Ferhat Unsel. Hailing from Türkiye, he’s known for his innovative approach to traditional cuisine. With years of experience working in some of the world’s finest kitchens, including Dubai’s Bordomavi, he crafts every dish with passion and dedication.
Mezamar is supported by Atelier House Hospitality, which also backs other restaurants on Sindalah Island, such as AILYN, Carosello, and Marisara. Chef Enrico Bartolini’s restaurant at the Sindalah Yacht Club is also part of the same group.
While the official opening date for Mezamar is still under wraps, it’s guaranteed to quickly become a must-visit spot within Sindalah Island’s dining scene. But make sure to check in with FACT for all the latest updates.
