Located on Sindalah Island, this restaurant is backed by Atelier House Hospitality.

Saudi Arabia is setting the stage for a revolution in fine dining, and Neom’s Sindalah Island wants to be at the forefront of this movement. While many dining celebrity-chef-fronted concepts are making their way to the world’s newest luxury island destination, Marisara is poised to elevate the region’s culinary landscape with a fusion of flavours.

Marisara in Sindalah Island promises a blend of French and Italian flavours. With an exciting array of dishes and a fantastic view, expect the experience to be nothing short of memorable.

The menu at Marisara is one to delight every palate. You can kick off your meal with Carabineros Shrimp Tartare, showcasing the flavours of the sea, or a Chamomile and Thyme-Infused Lamb Croquette. For mains, dive into the Branzino or indulge in the BBQ Wagyu Short Ribs for that buttery texture that fills your soul. Dessert lovers are in for a treat with the Spiced Medjool Dates Pudding. This dessert blends local flavours with European flair, which is a must-try for anyone looking to end their meal on a memorable note.

Chef Seif Yahya is the man behind Marisara. Formerly at Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Jeddah, he has crafted dishes for Buddha Bar, Siddharta Lounge and many others. Drawing on years of expertise in upscale dining, he is now ready to set the culinary scene of Neom on fire.

Marisara’s arrival in Sindalah Island is backed by Atelier House Hospitality. Alongside Marisara, other dining experiences making their way to Sindalah Island include AILYN, Carosello, and Mezamar. Atelier House Hospitality is also collaborating with acclaimed chef Enrico Bartolini to launch a restaurant at Sindalah Yacht Club, raising the culinary stakes even further.

Details of when Marisara will officially welcome guests are still undisclosed but stay tuned at FACT for all the happenings.
