Helmed by Chef Rakan Aloraifi, guests are in for a traditional local dining experience.
Sindalah Island in Saudi Arabia’s Neom is all set to become a must-visit dining destination. With many new concepts opening in this exotic location, diners are in for a treat. Atelier House Hospitality is at the forefront of culinary development on the Red Sea island and is gearing up to launch multiple restaurants. One restaurant that promises to delight diners soon is AILYN.
Located on Sindalah Island, AILYN will bring traditional Saudi cuisine to Neom. This will allow the locals to indulge in familiar food and give tourists a taste of the Kingdom’s culture and spices.
Backed by Saudi chef Rakan Aloraifi, AILYN is expected to give a Saudi twist to seafood. Expect to indulge in Hammour Ceviche and Seabass grilled with local spices. Diners can also enjoy a special camel steak, Hashi T-Bone, for a true Kingdom kick.
For those unfamiliar, Rakan Aloraifi has over 10 years of culinary experience. He starred in Top Chef and was awarded the Best Saudi Chef in 2018 by Saudi Tourism, in addition to an accolade by the Saudi Ministry of Culture, cementing his name in the Kingdom’s culinary scene. He’s also the chef behind the FACT award-winning Maiz at Bujairi Terrace.
AILYN is just one of the many restaurants opening on Sindalah Island by Atelier House Hospitality. Other concepts coming to the region backed by Atelier House Hospitality include Carosello, Marisara, Mezamar, and Enrico Bartoloni’s upcoming restaurant at Sindalah Yacht Club.
Details of when AILYN will open to guests are still under wraps but stay tuned at FACT for all the insights.
