The restaurant already operates three successful branches in Riyadh.

Jeddah has been witnessing an influx of new dining concepts across the city. With the likes of Crustacean, NOTO and ROKA wowing foodies with a myriad of cuisines, there’s still demand for more. Now, Riyadh hotspot Kimono is making its way to Jeddah.

Located at The Point in Jeddah’s Rawdah District, Kimono promises modern Japanese cuisine in a laid-back, relaxed setting. The restaurant takes its name from the traditional Japanese robe, kimono, which is tied on the waist with a belt of sorts called an obi.

Kimono Jeddah

With three outposts in Riyadh already, this opening marks Kimono’s first branch in Jeddah. And here, it’s all about enjoying the flavours and the company of your loved ones.

The menu at Kimono Jeddah features a wide array of options to choose from. The Tornado Shrimp, Kimono Crab Salad, Shrimp Bao, Chicken Katsu Don, Crunchy Crazy California Maki and many more. You can also make your own bowls and pick and choose what you’d like to add based on your preferences.

In addition to the usual modern Japanese cuisine offerings, Kimono Jeddah has a list of local twists as well. The Oman Chips Maki and Pofak Chips Maki are perfect additions to the menu and give a nod to nostalgic, Middle Eastern baqala-favourites.

So if you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere with some great Japanese bites, Kimono at The Point is where you need to be.
