Oman has been welcoming world-famous hospitality names, from Aloft to Nikki Beach. Now Minor Hotels has announced that it will be debuting Tivoli not only to Muscat, but the Middle East. Scheduled to open in 2026, Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences will be located in Muscat Hills.

Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences includes 80 rooms and 100 branded residences. The hotel will be home to multiple restaurants, including a rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby lounge café, sports bar and all-day dining restaurant. The facilities span a swimming pool, gym, ballroom, four meeting rooms and an Anantara spa. Plus, it is near to an 18-hole golf course.

Tivoli Muscat

Tivoli Muscat Hotel & Residences has been created in partnership with the developer Oman Real Estate Investment Services. The real estate group is part of the wider Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG.

Oman has some exciting hotels in the pipeline, from Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat to Aida in Muscat. Aloft Muscat is scheduled to open in spring 2023, and marks the brand’s debut in the country. Plus, Oman recently announced that tourists from more than 100 countries will be able to enter the country without a visa. Residents from GCC countries will be able to visit Oman visa-free.
